About Us

I was born and raised in Santa Cruz but I grew up visiting and surfing in Puerto Escondido where my dad is originally from.  I feel blessed to be the fifth generation of a family that has made Santa Cruz there home. I have fond memories of growing up surfing with my grampa "gonzo", my mom and my dad along with many local legends that encouraged me to be my best and to take the time to encourage the next generation.

I started making mini surfboards in summer of 2022 out of my love for surfing. If I couldn't be in the water, I wanted to be shaping even small boards that reminded me of being in the water. Coming from the electrical industry I was able to combine my love of tools with my newfound love of a variety of woods.

Along with woodworking I enjoy creating art and designs inspired by nature and surfing. I hope that my creations bring you the same joy and love of the ocean that I had when creating them. If seeing my paintings makes you wish you were on "that wave" or feeling my mini boards inspires you to get in the water then I have accomplished my creative goal.
